I am so grateful to Sonja and Dave and their team for taking such good care of my boy while he was at Stonestreet. He truly thrived at Stonestreet with the space and attention to detail with his care. He had a ton of space to himself with great sturdy fencing and shelter. The couple of times he had a sudden injury or once an allergic reaction after a vet appointment, I was alerted by Sonja and the staff very quickly. They all asked for updates on him throughout the process as well. There is also a beautifully maintained indoor arena, awesome outdoor arenas, round pens of different sizes, a bridle path, and obstacles which we enjoyed. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Stonestreet has been kind and helpful. I also seriously enjoyed going to turn out my boy and enjoying the views of the mountains and lakes nearby.

So happy to have found Stonestreet Stables and Dave and Sonja. They care so deeply about the welfare of the horses in their care and it shows! I’m always notified immediately if there are any concerns with my horse and they keep a very close eye on him. Great, well maintained facilities and huge pens. My large OTTB has plenty of room to stretch his legs if he felt so inclined. Awesome place with awesome people!

I would recommend Stonestreet to anyone who's looking for quality horse boarding in the northern Colorado area! Sonja and Dave, the owners, run a great facility for a great price. There's so much to do on this property, with two roundpens, two outdoors, an indoor, a trail course, and a bridle path. The boarding pens allow your horse plenty of room to move around while you're not there, and the fencing is sturdy and safe. Hay is high quality and you have a choice between pure grass or a grass/alfalfa mix. And on top of all the wonderful amenities, the people are fantastic! Employees care about each horse on the property and the other boarders are super friendly and welcoming, no matter what discipline you do! Thanks to Dave and Sonja for making this a home away from home!

I've been boarding at Stonestreet for about a year and half now. I would happily recommend their facility to anyone looking for quality horse boarding.

My horse's pen is large and incredibly affordable. He has room to run around and get the zoomies if he pleases (he doesn't though, he's lazy). He gets fed twice a day with amazing quality hay. Anytime I need to switch his feed to suit our activity level, all I need to do is make a call and the switch is made by next feeding time. They also feed grain/supplements at no additional cost. Feeding times are consistent, and I never wonder if he's being taken care of. The few times that he has not finished his grain, I am notified via text. I believe they give the horses one day of abnormal eating patterns before they reach out to clients. They also notified me once when he appeared to be lame in a hind leg, which allowed me to come out immediately and assess for myself.

The facility itself is beautiful, and suited to all kinds of weather. We frequently use the indoor arena in the winter, which has great lighting and a sprinkler system to help with the dust. When the weather is good, we ride in one of the outdoor arenas, work in the large round pen, and hack along the bridle paths surrounding the property.

The most important thing to me is that the owners and stable hands are great at what they do. I have a performance horse and team rope, so I need to make sure he's getting top-notch care. I NEVER worry about his feed, his health, or his comfort here.

Stonestreet Stables is one of my absolute favorite boarding facilities I have ever boarded at! Between the amazing property itself, and the wonderful and supportive community, I truly felt at home here. My horse Hugo loved it as well, the care here is next level! Thank you Stonestreet for all you have done for us, I hope to be back someday!

Stonestreet did a great job accommodating every one of mine and my horses needs! Of every barn that I spent time at in Fort Collins, Dave and Sonja definitely made this experience my most enjoyable!
